Protect swimmers as a Life Time Aquatics Lifeguard using water rescue, first aid, and pool safety skills across indoor and outdoor facilities.
This Aquatics Lifeguard role supports recreational and lap pools, water slides, and pool deck safety. You will interact with Members, respond to swimmers in danger, and help create safe aquatic experiences. The position also supports events including Dive in Movies and Poolapalooza.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor recreational and lap pools indoors and outdoors
- Maintain safety on water slides and pool decks
- Rescue swimmers and administer first aid
- Explain dangerous swim areas and activities to swimmers
- Keep pool areas clean and orderly
Requirements:
- Work toward a High School Diploma or GED
- Hold StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid certifications
- Swim 300 yards or meters without stopping
- Tread water for one minute
- Retrieve and swim a ten pound diving brick
Bring certified water rescue, first aid, and customer service abilities to Life Time’s aquatic facilities and member events.
