You’ll be part of a 2,500+ person technology team in Canada, influencing a $700M budget and $300M in strategic initiatives, while collaborating with a global tech organization of 6,000+ professionals and a $2B operating budget. What You Will Do Drive Strategic Transformation: develop and execute long‑range plans to align technology with business strategy. Optimize Workforce & Partnerships: implement workforce strategies, manage offshore partnerships, and influence global procurement initiatives spanning $2.5B. Lead Delivery and Transformation: lead large program and project delivery through the Tech PMO, and lead and deliver the overall Technology Transformation program. Modernize Governance: transform the Technology PMO into an agile, innovation‑driven delivery organization. Bring Innovation: effectively apply technology and digital solutions to support business strategy achievement and deliver on digital customer and advisor experiences. Mentor Future Leaders: coach VP‑level executives and build a strong succession pipeline. What You Will Bring Proven Leadership: 15+ years leading enterprise IT and business transformation in complex, matrixed environments. Financial Acumen: expertise in managing $500M–$1B portfolios, IT financial management, and vendor negotiations. Change Agent: track record of driving cultural shifts, modernizing delivery models, and executing large‑scale modernization in regulated industries. Influence & Impact: exceptional communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and ability to navigate ambiguity with diplomacy.
