Support theatre service with order delivery, table bussing, and clear in-person communication across designated hospitality areas. Flexible availability is required for service coverage.
This entry-level support position assists waitstaff with guest orders and smooth area operations. You will coordinate information between kitchen and wait staff, prepare dishes, and maintain service supplies. Hospitality interest is valued, while previous bar or restaurant experience is an asset but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver orders efficiently from kitchen and bar to guests
- Assist with final preparation of dishes
- Transfer customer requests between kitchen and wait staff
- Tidy tables, counters, and other service areas
- Restock napkins, straws, coasters, and condiments
Requirements:
- Interest in the hospitality industry
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Pro Serve Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Excellent in-person communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bring reliable order delivery, service-area organization, and communication skills to support waitstaff and guests during theatre service.
