Responsibilities and Qualifications Coordinate structural projects for bridges and civil structures; Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with service commitments; Define technical solutions, design plans, and prepare specifications; Participate in the preparation of service proposals; Supervise the work of engineers and technicians and assist project managers; Coordinate technical aspects with other disciplines and develop innovative solutions. Hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field; Be proficient with design software used for bridges and civil structures in Québec (Advanced Design America, CSIBridge, or SAFI); Have at least 8 years of relevant experience; Be able to communicate effectively in French (spoken and written).
