Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Create and refine product designs from initial concept through to production, ensuring they meet user needs and align with company objectives. Create intuitive and visually compelling UI/UX designs for web and mobile platforms using tools like Figma. Apply expertise in 2D and 3D rendering to enhance design concepts and prototypes.
  • User Research: Conduct market research and user interviews to identify customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to iterate and improve product designs.
  • Design Systems: Maintain and contribute to the development of design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating UI, UX, and 2D/3D design capabilities.
  • 5+ years of experience in product design or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Hands-on experience in designing e-commerce applications (web and mobile) for B2B or B2C.
  • Familiarity with creating and running train-the-trainer programs.
  • Hands-on experience with market research and customer insights.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in design software: Proven experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with prototyping tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Tools: Figma, Storylane (or other interactive story builder), Miro, and Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript capabilities with the ability to work closely with engineers to implement designs.
