About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent for a uniquely attractive opportunity with our client, a leading commercial general contractor specializing in new build commercial projects and special projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for commercial new build projects ranging from $250k to $15 million.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe and compliant job site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and logs.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.


Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Proven track record of managing new build or special projects in the $250k to $15 million range.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
