Responsibilities Plan and conduct independent analyses of processes to provide expert advice on the effectiveness of risk management practices. Conduct internal audit activities that will enhance risk management and controls to help the organization meet its business objectives. What You’ll Do Consult with colleagues on business unit objectives and processes, including risks and controls. Develop and execute audit plan and program, defining the steps needed to evaluate internal controls. Use professional judgment to conclude effectiveness of risk management. Report results to management. What We’re Looking For Proven communicator who excels at building relationships. Organized and detailed multi-tasker. Customer-focused team player with strong people skills. Analytical thinker able to use data to assess risk. Ability to adapt to change, make decisions and offer solutions. What You’ll Need A degree in commerce and an accounting or audit designation plus five to seven years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Expertise with internal audit practices, theories and trends. An understanding of risk management practices. Knowledge of specialized audit software and tools.
