Cuenta con estudios en Montreal y París y trabaja uniendo talento de la industria para desarrollar visiones creativas desde el guion hasta la pantalla, creando cada proyecto verdaderamente único. Descripción del puesto Mikros Animation busca un Senior Animation Artist con pasión por la performance, acción y diseño . El candidato trabajará en un entorno de producción rápido y colaborará estrechamente con un equipo creativo y bajo la dirección de los Animation Leads para dar vida a la visión del director en el proyecto TMNT 2. El estudio se compromete con ofrecer animación de alta calidad y actuaciones memorables, enfrentando retos creativos en un ambiente de apoyo y trabajo en equipo. Responsabilidades Crear animaciones de fotogramas clave atractivas y de calidad cinematográfica para las tomas asignadas. Desarrollar animaciones faciales expresivas y mecánicas corporales sólidas, tanto realistas como estilizadas. Colaborar con los Animation Leads y el director para conseguir la actuación y la narración deseadas. Trabajar conforme a los plazos de producción y entregar las animaciones a tiempo. Participar en revisiones diarias y rondas de animación integrando activamente el feedback. Contribuir a recursos compartidos como bibliotecas de animación y mejoras en rigs. Requisitos Experiencia profesional en animación de personajes 3D usando Maya para largometrajes o series de animación. Sólido conocimiento de mecánica corporal y performance de personajes. Capacidad para interpretar storyboards y responder eficazmente al feedback del director. Familiaridad con pipelines de producción y adaptabilidad a herramientas personalizadas. Conocimiento de ShotGrid (antes Shotgun) y RV valorado positivamente. Buen ojo para la animación caricaturesca y la exageración creativa, con confianza para “romper reglas” para servir a la historia. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y mentalidad colaborativa. Habilidades opcionales Experiencia en animación 2D y/o sólidas habilidades de dibujo/diseño. Conocimientos de scripting o rigging. Bilingüe (inglés/francés) es una ventaja. Información adicional La persona en este puesto trabajará estrechamente con el estudio de París en un ambiente bilingüe, así como con socios, talentos y clientes internacionales. Mantendrá interacción frecuente con stakeholders no francófonos para promover las fortalezas creativas y técnicas del estudio a escala global.
