In this essential role, you will report to store management and engage in activities such as unpacking merchandise, maintaining an orderly stock room, and adhering to store standards. Your daily tasks will include shipment management and replenishing merchandise to enhance the customer experience on the selling floor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and unpack merchandise for sales preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stock room
• Notify management about shipment issues and markdowns
• Execute transfers and manage returns to vendors
• Participate in all inventory counts and store meetings
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred
• Flexible with work hours, including evenings and weekends
• Physically able to lift over 30 pounds and stand for long periods
• Effective team player with a positive attitude
