A Package Built for Longevity Financial Reward: A competitive wage of $100k-$120k (DOE) plus Bonus. Immediate Cover: Professional liability, MVMA/CVMA dues provided. The Rota: A standard 5-day week with zero mandated on-call, giving clinicians the freedom to choose their own pace.
