This position will oversee the job performance of a Service Station Attendant. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Chilkoot Station Supervisor will be responsible for leading by example and providing excellent customer service to all our customers. Responsible for opening and closing the Store, maintaining cleanliness standards within the location and receive deliveries adhering to procedures. Supervision of other employees, able to delegate tasks and provide performance job feedback. Provide coaching and training as required. Assist the Director with ordering and inventory control and accept new inventory and input into computer system. Create, manage, and maintain employee scheduling. Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed and stay up to date on any changes. Ability to work varying shifts – some weekend work is required. EMPLOYMENT REQUIRMENTS Excellent internal and external customer service skills High level of integrity and work ethic. Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally. High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment. Ability to perform physical job duties including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on employee engagement.
