Overview Job Title: Sr. Director of Operations, Channel Growth Department: Sales Location: Toronto, ON, Canada Reports To: Head of Partner Strategy, Channel Growth As Sr. Director Operations, Channel Growth, you will play a pivotal role in scaling and optimizing MiQ’s delivery across omni-digital campaigns, with a focus on social, entertainment platforms, and search. This leadership position is responsible for driving operational excellence across key accounts, process, and performance measurement. You\'ll work in close partnership with the Head of Partner Strategy, Channel Growth to deliver commercial success and exceptional client outcomes. This is a high-impact role requiring a mix of operational rigor, people and client leadership, and a deep understanding of the social, digital and ad tech ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Lead the operational strategy for MiQ’s omni-digital product suite, with a focus on social, entertainment platforms and search, ensuring high-quality delivery, scalability, and consistency across key accounts. Develop and refine end-to-end processes that enable efficient campaign execution, from planning and activation to measurement and reporting. Partner closely with internal stakeholders across partner strategy, trading, account management, product and marketing to align delivery capabilities with strategic objectives. Create and implement frameworks to measure performance, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. Champion a test-and-learn approach to emerging opportunities in the media ecosystem. What You Bring 10+ years of experience in digital media operations, performance marketing, or campaign delivery—ideally with a focus on social and omni-digital. Proven track record of leading operational teams and scaling delivery functions in a high-growth or complex media environment. Deep expertise in campaign operations, workflow management, and performance measurement. Strong understanding of the social and programmatic media landscape, platforms, and associated tools/technologies. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, strategy, and commercial teams. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to align and inspire teams around a shared vision. A passion for efficiency, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
