The Role We’re looking for an AI & Automation Developer to join our existing Automation team and help design, implement, and scale automation and AI capabilities across the Innovorg platform. This role sits at the intersection of AI, automation, and product engineering, contributing directly to how intelligence is embedded into workflows and customer‑facing experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with Front‑End, Back‑End, UX/UI, Product, DevOps and AI engineers to deliver secure, scalable, and production‑grade automation that supports both current operations and long‑term platform strategy. What You’ll Do Contribute to the design and implementation of AI‑driven automation across core platform workflows Build and maintain automation for learning content generation, skills catalog management, onboarding, and external content indexing Participate in the development of AI‑enabled platform capabilities used by multiple end‑user profiles Integrate owned, open‑source, and third‑party AI tools into a cohesive automation architecture Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure automation is reliable, secure, and well‑integrated Support long‑term AI and automation strategy through hands‑on development and technical input Stay current on emerging AI, automation, and orchestration technologies What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in AI‑driven automation or applied AI engineering roles Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation concepts, including responsible AI and data governance Hands‑on experience with automation frameworks, Python, and cloud‑based AI tools Familiarity with generative and agentic AI development practices, including orchestration, evaluation, and secure deployment Experience working within modern DevSecOps and CI/CD environments Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively within an established team Why Innovorg Join an established AI team working on a real, production‑grade platform High‑impact role contributing to platform intelligence and automation strategy Remote‑first, flexible work environment Competitive compensation tied to performance Long‑term growth opportunity within a scaling company Culture focused on quality, ownership, and disciplined execution Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Quality Assurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
