Senior Block Manager – Windsor – £50k One Property Recruitment One Property Recruitment is delighted to be exclusively partnered with a respected and well‑established managing agent based in Windsor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and fully qualified Block Manager to join a professional, mature, and supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of 35–40 residential leasehold sites across Windsor and the surrounding areas Build and maintain strong relationships with leaseholders, RMC directors, freeholders, and contractors Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring all works comply with health & safety requirements Prepare and manage service charge budgets in collaboration with the in‑house accounts team Conduct regular site inspections and attend evening AGMs when required Work closely with internal legal and accounts support to ensure timely, professional service delivery Maintain accurate records and use Qube effectively for all management tasks Ensure smooth contractor coordination and uphold strong standards of performance across all sites About You Must be TPI qualified Experienced Block Manager with a solid understanding of residential leasehold legislation Professional, mature, and confident in handling a busy portfolio Strong communicator, capable of building trust and resolving issues effectively Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently Must hold a full driving licence and have access to your own car (parking provided) Comfortable attending evening AGMs when required Preferably someone with a stable career history and long‑term commitment \What They Offer £50,000 per annum Office‑based role initially, hybrid after Working hours: 9am–5pm, with flexibility for AGMs 23 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays Ample on‑site parking Healthcare package (option to top up for family) Company pension in line with legal requirements Structured, well‑supported working environment How To Apply If this position is of interest, please get in touch with Gillian Ferguson at One Property Recruitment are specialists in the real estate sector covering block and estate management, Build To Rent, financial services, commercial and facilities management.
