• Assess customer parts needs and make recommendations
• Answer sales calls effectively and professionally
• Receive, ship, and manage inventory of parts
• Generate quotes and fulfill customer orders
• Address warranty-related customer inquiries post-sale
Requirements:
• Experience in the medium/heavy-duty truck industry
• Technical knowledge of related products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work Saturday mornings
