As the Marketing Manager for KPMG Law, you’ll be at the heart of a fast‑moving, collaborative team, shaping and executing integrated marketing and knowledge initiatives at a national scale. You’ll partner closely with the National Marketing Director and regional teams, crafting bold strategies that elevate the KPMG Law brand, forge deeper client relationships, and accelerate growth. What You Bring To The Role 7‑10 years’ experience in marketing within a national or global organization, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment. Diploma or undergraduate degree, ideally in marketing or a related field. Demonstrable success in activating multi‑channel marketing programs, with emphasis on digital and social, and leveraging metrics for analysis. Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills. Proven project management skills, with the ability to secure buy‑in from diverse stakeholders. Ability to understand complex/technical matters and translate them into client‑relevant marketing activities. Experience identifying key industry and client information (trends, issues, data, opportunities) and presenting marketing perspectives to meet strategic goals. Digital‑first strategic thinker with experience in content creation, storytelling, digital media, social media best practices, and search. Collaborative team player with experience in a matrixed environment. Growth mindset, strategic and creative thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in analyzing and drawing insights from external research and business data. This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate will be required to support or collaborate with English‑speaking colleagues or stakeholders nationally in our English speaking provinces while at KPMG. KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information The expected base salary range for this position is $74,000 to $111,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
