Overview Responsibilities In this context, we are looking for a Fullstack developer within the Dev Ops team in Montreal in charge of the SG Workflow product, to the following various aspects: Design and development of product evolutions on the front-end components (Angular and React JS) and back-end components (Java and Kotlin). Respect for virtuous development practices contributing to code quality and maintainability (clean coding, craftsmanship). Implementation of the "software factory" to build and deploy the application. Proposal of technical solutions and realization of POC if necessary. Technical support of the product with users and teams implementing it. Product start-up operations. Assistance to third-party entities implementing the product to integrate it. Active participation in the team\'s Agile ceremonies. Documentation of the product, its components, and team practices. Reference 25000LQD Required Profile required Autonomy level: The SGWorkflow teams are located in Paris, France and Montreal, Canada, so the candidate needs to be able to connect asynchronously to the teams and be autonomous in the defined tasks. Experience 5+ years of experience in an equivalent position. Soft skills Practical sense: the candidate must suggest pragmatical solutions to fit the team project needs while respecting quality standards. Analysis and synthesis: ability to understand complex problems involving multiple IT teams or users. Organisation and planning: ability to manage working time autonomously. Perseverance and result oriented: demonstrate self-exigence, perseverance to find a solution despite difficulty, stay positive, focus on the outcome. Oral and written communication: adapt messages to capture attention and be comfortable presenting development. Client centric and sense of service: identify needs and understand user motivations during support period. Cooperation and team spirit: work in good agreement with Paris and Montréal team.
