What you can expect to do here: Work alongside Professional Engineers and Designers to design, model, and coordinate structural systems using industry‑leading software and tools. Participate in quantity estimates and construction review, including site visits to see your work in action. Review shop drawings and change orders during construction and produce site visit reports. Take part in regular design meetings with your team, clients, and on construction sites. Contribute to real project delivery and learn the ins and outs of engineering consulting. What you’ll bring to WSP: You’re a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year student in civil or structural engineering, civil engineering technology, or architectural/building sciences technology. You’re curious about engineering consulting and eager to support engineers in day‑to‑day project delivery. You have a genuine interest in the construction and buildings sector, and you’re excited about site review. You take initiative, pay attention to detail, and communicate clearly.
