No Frills Store Team Members create positive in-store shopping experiences through stocked products, accurate scanning, and helpful conversations. You will maintain displays, identify inventory needs, assist with ordering, and set up company-directed promotions. Training is provided, and no previous experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service while keeping store shelves stocked
- Maintain product displays and shelves to company standards
- Scan products accurately and identify inventory needs
- Assist with ordering and company-directed promotional programs
- Keep department areas neat and safe
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and collaborative approach
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Resourcefulness and courtesy when resolving customer questions
- Motivation to learn new things; training provided
- Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends; lift up to 50 pounds
