Reports to: CEO and MARKETING TEAM


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, production, and content creation for our social media team to deliver measurable results across all platforms.
  • Manage community engagement, ensuring consistent interaction with followers and influencers while monitoring and analyzing performance.
  • Oversee influencer relations, including outreach, gifting, and sample tracking, ensuring timely follow-ups and content collection.
  • Develop and manage existing relationships with bloggers, influencers, and celebrities, while seeking out new, on-brand collaborations.
  • Stay ahead of trends to identify key influencers and celebrities for THE KRIPT to partner with for maximum exposure.
  • Collaborate with the graphic design team to execute creative campaigns aligned with our detailed content calendar.
  • Create and drive innovative ideas for newsletters, promoting new collections, celebrity styles, and promotions.
  • Ensure all social media content and campaigns are aligned with our KPIs, increasing site traffic, engagement, and ultimately driving sales.
  • Continuously refine our social media approach by staying on top of industry trends and competitor analysis.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on driving engagement and sales.
  • Strong ability to track and report on key performance metrics, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of how to maintain and elevate a brand’s unique voice.
  • A keen eye for design and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers to bring the brand’s vision to life.
  • Experience managing influencer relationships, with a portfolio of successful collaborations and ROI results.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and leading a team.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or similar design tools is a plus.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and competitive angles, especially within the fashion inadustry.
  • Target-driven, business-savvy, and passionate about connecting with our audience through creative and innovative strategies.
  • Must be well-connected within the influencer industry and experienced in building and nurturing relationships.
