About the opportunity Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) is one of the world’s largest travel retailers and corporate travel managers. The company is headquartered in Brisbane (Australia) and operates in 23 countries. We are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager for our Envoyage Canada brand. The role partners with the brand’s Operational Leader and the Global CFO (Australia) to drive strategic growth and commercial development across Canada. Key responsibilities Partner with the Envoyage Canada brand leader to support strategic growth objectives. Develop and evaluate pricing strategies to ensure profitability and market competitiveness. Assess the profitability of products, services and sales channels, identifying improvement opportunities. Prepare presentations of financial performance and strategic focus. Develop and manage the annual budget in alignment with brand objectives. Provide forecasts and track performance against targets. Analyze financial results, compare actual performance with forecasts and budgets, and provide variance insights. Create weekly trading estimates with commentary. Prepare and present financial reports, key performance indicators and business trends to all levels of the brand’s support team. Consolidate decentralized reporting into a single standard reporting suite. Provide financial summaries and input for brand‑level board reports. Facilitate global reporting understanding and distribution (e.g., supplier reporting, marketing, costs). Own operating expenses such as advertising, promotion and marketing activities. Partner with management to ensure appropriate resource allocation and keep expenses within budget. Experience & qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field. Minimum of five years of experience in finance roles. Experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment. Proven ability to set and achieve goals. Strong presentation skills to tell a financial story. Highly motivated, proactive self‑starter. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and problem‑solving skills. High levels of integrity, work ethic and professionalism. Experience in a multinational company is desirable. Experience in the travel industry is desirable.
