About The Role Work with a variety of SaaS platforms used by Arctic Wolf to understand security capabilities and impacts on functionality. Help evaluate the security posture of new SaaS platforms used by Arctic Wolf. Identify potential threats to SaaS platforms and recommend mitigations to reduce security risk. Administer our SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) platform to maintain continuous posture. Provide subject‑matter expertise on architecture, authentication, and systems security based on a clear understanding of our cloud engineering stack, services, and data flow. Ensure cloud security practices align with relevant industry standards and compliance requirements such as CIS and NIST. Continually strive to improve integration between technologies to enhance capabilities from existing investments. Contribute to a world‑class security program that supports Arctic Wolf’s tremendous growth. About You Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in security, infrastructure, or application engineering, including vendor escalation for troubleshooting. Experience administering major SaaS platforms. Experience deploying SaaS‑relevant security technologies such as SSPM, CSPM, SASE, and IdM. Familiarity with cloud infrastructures, with Amazon Web Services (AWS) considered a strong plus. Experience building and managing infrastructure for security‑related applications and services. Experience with software development, scripting, and API integration.
