We are please to be partnering with a leading global organization specializing in geotechnical, geoenvironmental, and geophysical site characterization. Known for operational excellence, our client is an international employer of choice. As the company continues its growth through both organic expansion and acquisitions, they are seeking a visionary and operationally focused CFO to guide their financial strategy during this period of transformation and into the future.

This role, reporting directly to the CEO, will be a key member of the executive team, collaborating with senior leadership to drive strategic growth, optimize financial processes, enhance profitability and operational efficiency. The CFO will play a crucial part in shaping the company's future, ensuring long-term success and sustainable growth while leading a high-performing finance team.

Key responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance, while working closely with the CEO and leadership team to make data-driven decisions that support both financial and operational success.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented finance executive with extensive experience in a multi-national environment. A background in industrial sectors such as construction, engineering, mining, energy, infrastructure, or large industrial equipment is preferred. Experience in high-growth, fast-paced organizations, coupled with the ability to thrive in both strategic and operational roles, is essential. A professional accounting designation and expertise in IFRS, financial operations, and data analytics are required.

Compensation:


• Base salary: $200,000 to $300,000, plus attractive performance-based bonus, a comprehensive benefits package as well as Group RRSP Plan, and Company Shares Purchase Plan. 


• Hybrid work schedule: Minimum of 2-3 days per week in Burnaby head office.
