Lead Canna Cabana store operations part-time through sales leadership, customer service, and inventory management on assigned shifts. Support staff and uphold standards.
As a Shift Leader with Canna Cabana, you will assist store management with daily operations and assume Store Manager responsibilities when needed. You will guide associates, address customer complaints, pursue sales targets, and oversee inventory processes. This position requires retail experience, CannSell certification, and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily store operations alongside store management
- Direct, guide, and instruct store associates
- Resolve customer service issues and complaints
- Drive sales goals and store-level KPIs
- Oversee inventory processes during assigned shifts
Requirements:
- Valid CannSell certification for retail cannabis work
- Minimum two years of retail industry experience
- Demonstrated sales, service, and staff training ability
- Strong communication, prioritization, and teamwork skills
- Availability for shifts Monday through Sunday
