This Sales Associate position focuses on guest education and customer care within Plantlife Cannabis retail operations. Successful candidates bring proven sales advisor or guest service experience, cash-handling knowledge, and POS system familiarity. The work requires patience when addressing complaints and a balanced service approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide guests through their cannabis retail experience
- Educate new and current guests with exceptional service
- Address guest complaints patiently and professionally
- Use POS systems during sales transactions
- Collaborate with teammates or work independently
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or guest service
- Experience handling cash in retail transactions
- Comfort utilizing a POS system
- Passion for the cannabis industry
- Determination to set personal and team goals
