We're looking for an experienced and skilled AI Product Owner to join our team and help lead the success of our products. Job Description We're seeking a seasoned professional with hands‑on experience in defining product objectives, securing funding and resources, and driving product success. As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for: Defining clear product goals and objectives that align with broader organizational or business strategies and priorities Securing the necessary financial resources and budget for the product Approving project scope and requirements to ensure alignment with business needs Supporting the project manager in resolving issues, removing obstacles, and making key decisions Making high‑level decisions that impact the project's direction, scope, or budget Championing the project by facilitating buy‑in and support from senior management and other key stakeholders Requirements 5+ years of experience in managing complex software development projects (Agile or Waterfall methodologies) Strong understanding of project management principles, best practices, and industry standards (PMP, Scrum Master) Experience with project management tools and technologies (Jira, ...) Familiarity with software development lifecycles, including design, development, testing, and deployment Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of industry‑specific regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., GxP, HIPAA) for projects targeting CROs and Pharmas Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their applications in Life Sciences Experience with AI/ML project planning, execution, and delivery Nice to Have Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies (CSPO, CSM) Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines Familiarity with project management frameworks and standards (Kanban, Lean) Knowledge of deep learning architectures and neural networks Experience with AI/ML model deployment and maintenance What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on cutting‑edge technology projects in the Life Sciences industry Flexible remote work arrangement with occasional travel to Montreal or surrounding areas Collaborative and dynamic work environment GenAIz is an equal opportunity employer.
