About This Team The Data & Analytics team supporting the CFO organization plays a critical role in enabling data‑driven financial decision‑making across the enterprise. The team partners with the Product organization to design and deliver scalable data products, analytics platforms, and automation solutions. By ensuring data quality, accessibility, and insight generation, they empower leaders to make informed strategic and operational decisions. Core Responsibilities Design and develop visually compelling dashboards and reports in Power BI, with intuitive UX and storytelling. Demonstrate strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service (familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is a plus). Write efficient, optimised DAX code and provide mentorship on DAX best practices. Apply data warehousing concepts, data modelling, and create semantic models using Power BI; knowledge of Star/Snowflake schemas, relationship types, and row‑level security is required. Optimize report performance, considering data model size, refresh performance, and end‑user query performance. Troubleshoot bugs, poor user experience, and technical performance issues. Utilise DevOps and version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps). Work with cloud databases such as Snowflake and Azure SQL. Participate in AGILE teams, using tools like JIRA to update and coordinate work. Implement data governance, security, and role‑based access in Power BI. Apply core financial concepts (e.g., P&L, balance sheet, KPIs). Use strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Lead projects, collaborate, and mentor junior developers. Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement, never satisfied with the status quo. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics roles. 8+ years of proven work experience in Power BI, including DAX, data modelling, and visualisation best practices. Very strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation. Robust knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing concepts. Ability to manage priorities within deadlines in a complex, rapidly evolving organisation. Additional Notes Immigration support is potentially available for this role. Compensation And Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation for this position ranges from $123,500 to $162,100 annually. Your base pay may vary depending on location and relevant experience.
