Overview The SAP Fieldglass Technology Product Manager is a crucial role within Deloitte Technology Talent Acquisition and Mobility. Within Deloitte Technology Talent Acquisition and Mobility, you will deliver innovative toolsets and partner with technology, operations, business stakeholders, and vendor management to ensure Fieldglass solutions meet business needs and compliance requirements. Core Responsibilities Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for SAP Fieldglass, aligning with workforce management goals. Identify and prioritize new features based on stakeholder input, market trends, and business needs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements and feedback from technology, operations, business stakeholders, and vendor management. Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the Technology Solutions Team for Fieldglass matters. Implementation and Configuration: Lead implementation and configuration of SAP Fieldglass, ensuring alignment with business processes. Partner with technology teams to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance. Process Optimization: Analyze existing contingent workforce processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation within Fieldglass. Work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance user experiences. Training and Support: Develop training materials, conduct sessions for end-users, provide ongoing support, and manage product updates with SAP Fieldglass and other vendors. Negotiate and manage contracts and SLAs with vendors. Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data analytics to monitor system performance, user engagement, and key metrics related to contingent workforce management. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure Fieldglass is configured and used in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements. Identify and mitigate risks related to technology implementation and external workforce processes. A total of 10-12 years in technology product management or related field. At least 5-7 years of direct experience with SAP Fieldglass, including implementation, configuration, and optimization. In-depth knowledge of SAP Fieldglass modules, functionalities, and integration capabilities. Proven track record managing end-to-end lifecycle of SAP Fieldglass products from strategy to execution. Strong project management and cross-functional leadership experience. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive strategic insights using analytics tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience collaborating with technology, operations, procurement, HR, and vendor management; familiarity with compliance requirements for external workforce management. Experience in vendor relationship management, including negotiating contracts and SLAs; ability to manage product updates with SAP Fieldglass and third-party vendors. Ability to develop training materials and conduct end-user training. Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, with eligibility for a bonus program.
