I am looking for a reliable and experienced Muslim housekeeper for my retired parents' home in Mississauga. The position offers a pay rate of $20 per hour. You will be responsible for keeping the home clean, organized, and comfortable. Both of my parents have allergies so keeping the home clean is important. Cleaning includes regular cleaning/maintenance of all rooms, bathroom cleaning and maintenance, dishes, wiping surfaces, and keeping the kitchen tidy. Deep cleaning tasks such as oven cleaning, fridge cleaning, and high and low dusting are part of the routine to keep the home feeling fresh and welcoming. Cooking is an important part of the job. You should be comfortable preparing healthy vegetarian and non vegetarian meals, including Canadian dishes and Pakistani home style cooking. You will also be responsible for putting groceries away and keeping the fridge clean and well arranged. Other tasks include laundry, changing bed sheets, organizing items around the home, and helping with ad hoc decluttering when needed. Attention to detail matters, as my parents appreciates a clean, hygienic, dust free space with everything in its place. Being open to feedback and small adjustments will help things run smoothly. This role will be two to three days a week for four to five hours each day. One of those days must be on the weekend since laundry is done on weekends. The actual days and hours are overall flexible.
