Maintenance Planner

WestCorp Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Planner / CMMS & Materials Specialist to support development of executable maintenance strategies and materials planning as part of a major operational readiness and maintenance strategy development initiative at one of our client’s sites in Northern Saskatchewan. Location: Hybrid – (Combination of remote work, and in-person at the client site in Northern Saskatchewan) Contract Length: TBD Anticipated Start: February 2026 Schedule: TBD Travel: Chartered flights from Saskatoon to client site and camp accommodations are provided when required to work on site. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Structure maintenance tasks for effective planning and scheduling Develop and review Bills of Materials Define inventory requirements and consumption assumptions Ensure maintenance strategies align with SAP PM execution workflows Support reduction of reactive maintenance and non‑BoM material purchases QUALIFICATIONS 8+ years of experience in maintenance planning, CMMS support, and/or materials management Strong SAP PM experience (task lists, Bills of Materials, material masters) Practical understanding of maintenance execution, planning/scheduling workflows, and material consumption assumptions Experience structuring maintenance tasks to support efficient planning and scheduling Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word Experience working in a regulated environment is an asset Must be able to provide and use their own laptop and mobile device for this contract WestCorp Solutions is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
