You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new ventures from ideation through commercialization, applying both your technical expertise and a deep understanding of user needs. Responsibilities Design, develop, and launch innovative digital products from scratch—including Web and Mobile Apps, SaaS platforms, and AI/ML-powered tools. Work across the full stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end infrastructure and cloud deployment. Rapidly prototype to validate new ideas and build production-ready solutions that scale. Partner with design and product teams to create intuitive user experiences grounded in real user needs. Apply full stack capabilities in tandem with emerging AI tools and frameworks. Contribute to a collaborative, venture-focused team by being self-directed, experimental, and solutions-oriented. Requirements 7+ years of full stack development experience, particularly in startup or early-stage product environments. Proven ability to build and launch digital products from zero to one. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (or similar frameworks), Python or Node.js, SQL, APIs, AWS, and GitHub. Strong understanding of software architecture, security best practices, and modern CI/CD pipelines. Comfortable navigating technical ambiguity and evolving product requirements. Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with applied AI concepts including prompt engineering, API integrations, and mitigation strategies for model outputs. Nice to Have A portfolio of full stack applications showcasing real-world projects. Experience balancing prototyping with long-term scalability. Familiarity with observability tools and mobile app development (iOS, Android, or hybrid platforms).
