• Set up and break down meeting and banquet spaces
• Clean and maintain banquet rooms and service areas
• Inspect and secure all banquet equipment
• Refresh rooms during breaks with necessary supplies
• Handle delivery of materials for functions
Requirements:
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Knowledge of banquet operations preferred
• Ability to lift items up to 100 pounds
• Strong communication skills with guests and staff
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
