Job Description:Job Description FULL-TIME BAKER- must be proficient in yeast products, breads, cinnamon buns, etc. MUST be willing to do the 3 am shift Monday to Friday and have aspirations to become the head baker responsible for all the daily bread products made with excellence and quality Must be an excellent time manager Must be a team player Must be able to work independently Must speak fluent English Must be willing to learn new things and be able to take instructions Must know how to bake from scratch Friday's shift ends at 11 am unless for holiday (ie Christmas, Easter Thanksgiving) requires longer shifts to accomodate orders.
