Hypergrowth: Deloitte Fast 50 — 3 years in a row Tech community credibility: TechTO Canadian Rocketship 2025* Industry leadership: CLA Lending Company of the Year — 4 consecutive years Talent magnet: CMP Top Mortgage Employer 2025. Trusted technology: powering major financial institutions across Canada. An entrepreneurial culture built on trust, speed, uncomfortable ambition, being stronger together, and a relentless obsession with our clients. About nesto and Nesto Cloud Nesto is a leading Canadian fintech company founded in Montreal in 2018. Our core mission is to offer a positive, empowering, and transparent property financing experience, simplified from start to finish. We initially started as a digital broker, aiming to make the complex mortgage process more transparent through technology. We quickly evolved to build Canada’s leading online mortgage lending direct-to-consumer platform, where our qualified mortgage experts are supported by advanced technology. Since then, we have expanded our offering into a robust "mortgage ecosystem" builder, partnering with large financial institutions across Canada. Our first B2B product debuted in 2022 with IG Wealth Management, concurrent with raising a Series C funding round. A critical milestone occurred last year when nesto acquired CMLS Group. This acquisition formed the Nesto Group (under which nesto, CMLS, and its subsidiary brand Intellifi are housed), resulting in a massive increase in scale, with 1,100 employees across 12 offices nationwide and $73 billion CAD in residential and commercial mortgage assets under administration. You will be working on Nesto Cloud, Canada’s most advanced cloud platform, delivering end-to-end technology solutions for lenders in the digital age. Why we are hiring We deliver on our mission by empowering our partners to improve and streamline their mortgage lending operations with the nesto Mortgage Cloud. As Canada's most advanced cloud-based mortgage technology, our SaaS solution offers a best-in-class omnichannel experience. This platform consistently drives volume, boosts productivity, and lowers technology costs. To drive the execution of our upcoming projects, we are growing our Project Management team. Work location, time zone, and availability We welcome applications from candidates across Canada, with a strong preference for those located in the Eastern Time Zone (EST). While this is a remote-first opportunity with the flexibility to work from home or any of our offices (Montreal, Quebec City, Calgary, Toronto, or Vancouver), the core working hours follow a strict schedule aligned with our client’s 9–5 EST requirements. Additionally, you will travel to client sites roughly once per month for 2+ days, with travel frequency expected to increase as the project scales. What success in this role looks like As a Senior Project Manager on nesto’s B2B delivery team, you’ll lead large, multi-stream SaaS implementation programs for our financial-institution partners. This role combines discovery and implementation ownership, from early requirements through delivery, testing, and post-launch stabilization. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, operations and leadership teams to ensure that programs are delivered efficiently and that all stakeholders, internal and external, remain aligned throughout. In order to be successful: You take immediate ownership and drive progress from day one, even when faced with high levels of ambiguity. You proactively organize work and bring structure where processes do not exist. You identify and help implement foundational standards and PM practices. You ramp up quickly on our SaaS delivery model; for this reason, enterprise SaaS delivery experience is a must. You demonstrate strong learning agility by absorbing a large amount of new information quickly. What you’ll be doing Own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise client implementations, from discovery through deployment and post-launch transition. Facilitate discovery workshops along side our SMEs and requirements sessions to define scope, dependencies, and timelines. Translate business and technical requirements into actionable delivery plans using tools such as Jira and Confluence. Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Operations) and external vendors to drive progress and resolve blockers. Manage project budgets, schedules, and dependencies across multiple workstreams. Provide clear, consistent communication to client and internal stakeholders, including weekly status reports, risk logs, and steering committee updates. Track project health and proactively identify delivery risks, capacity constraints, and cross-program dependencies. Partner with other PMs to align workstreams across major accounts Contribute to the evolution of nesto’s delivery framework. Who we are looking for 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years delivering B2B enterprise SaaS or working in a systems-integration environment. Proven ability to manage both discovery and implementation phases of large, multi-stakeholder programs. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, confident interfacing with executives, clients, and technical teams. Comfortable managing complex, ambiguous programs with many moving parts. Advanced organizational skills and an ability to drive alignment across diverse teams. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar. Knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery models and the ability to adapt process to context. Possess the ability to thrive in complex, fast-moving environments and a passion for bringing structure, communication, and predictability to cross-functional teams. Strongly preferred but not a must Project management credentials & methods: PMP (Project Management Professional) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and/or other agile PM certifications. Experience working with financial institutions, mortgage or lending technology, or regulated B2B environments. You shouldn't apply if Your experience is strictly internal: If you have only managed back-office projects or internal tool rollouts, this will be a culture shock. We need external-facing, B2B Enterprise SaaS delivery experience where you’ve managed client expectations at scale. You need a predefined playbook to succeed: We are currently building processes while delivering a massive initiative. If you need established structures and "perfect" documentation to get started, you will find our environment frustrating. You lack "Startup or Scaleup Agility": If you are coming from a large, rigid corporate environment and expect a slow pace or clear departmental boundaries, you'll find our "Senior PM" scope overwhelming. You are a "morning person" only by choice: Our schedule is dictated by our clients; if you cannot commit to working 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, this role will not be a fit. You are not willing to travel: We value being on-site with our partners. You must be willing to travel to client locations at least once a month. If this travel schedule is a dealbreaker, this role will not be a fit. Interview Process Discovery Call with our Director, PMO – 30 minutes Take-home Assignment followed by a Presentation and Q&A – 60 minutes Final Non-Technical Interview with two additional stakeholders – 60 minutes Criminal Record and Reference Checks + Offer What We Offer Comprehensive Health Coverage: Top-tier Extended Health, Dental, and Vision coverage, featuring 100% drug coverage. Health & Wellness Spending Account: A $1,500 combined annual flex fund for things like gym memberships or extra medical needs. Generous Paid Time Off: 4 weeks of vacation plus 8 personal floater days. Retirement Savings: Access to a Group RRSP/DPSP plan featuring competitive company-matching contributions. Telemedicine Services via Dialogue and coverage for Licensed Practitioner Services. Family Support: Parental Leave Top-Up Programs provided for Maternity & Parental Leave. Flexible Work: The possibility to work fully remote or work from one of our offices in Montreal, Quebec, Calgary, Toronto, Vancouver, and more Diversity and Inclusion At nesto, we believe that creativity and collaboration are the result of a diverse team. We are committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and we strongly encourage women, people of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and individuals with disabilities to apply. We are committed to creating a workplace that is inclusive and welcoming to all. #J-18808-Ljbffr
