In this 12-month contract role, you will process laboratory specimens and interact with patients to ensure their comfort and care. Being detail-oriented and customer-focused, you will excel in managing blood samples and data accurately while fostering a positive environment even under stress.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process blood samples and laboratory tests
• Enter test results and patient information diligently
• Provide exceptional customer service during specimen collection
• Conduct various health tests following protocols
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to quality metrics
Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School and specialized Lab Assistant training
• Experience in phlebotomy and patient care techniques
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient command of English for effective communication
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
