MES Product Configuration Lead

Coders Connect is partnering with a global leader in healthcare innovation, currently undergoing one of the largest digital manufacturing transformations in the life sciences sector. This is a chance to shape the future of pharmaceutical manufacturing by helping deliver a next-generation Manufacturing Execution System (MES) platform across dozens of production sites worldwide. The Mission You will design, build, and maintain end-to-end MES solutions for a multi-year global rollout, enabling smarter, faster, and more compliant manufacturing processes. Working closely with product owners, developers, engineers, and business teams, you’ll contribute to a core MES platform that powers everything from electronic batch records to integration with ERP, automation systems, and lab technologies. What You’ll Work On Design and configure core MES functionalities using Werum PAS-X or Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma Create and enhance Master Batch Records (MBRs), workflows, and standardized manufacturing models Enable Review by Exception, electronic batch record (EBR) execution, and process optimization Integrate MES with ERP, SCADA/DCS/PLC systems, serialization, LIMS, OEE, and other shopfloor technologies Ensure solutions adhere to GxP, data integrity, and regulatory compliance requirements Drive best practices, template governance, and continuous improvement across global deployments Collaborate with global digital, engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions Support multi-site rollouts and contribute to a long-term roadmap for MES modernization What We’re Looking For 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, automation, or digital operations—ideally in pharma or life sciences Hands-on experience with Werum PAS-X or Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma Strong understanding of batch processes, MBR design, execution workflows, material flows, genealogy, and equipment management Technical proficiency with tools such as C#, VBScript, HTML/CSS, Powershell, XML, and exposure to AWS/Azure environments Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Crystal Reports) and industrial integration (SCADA, DCS, PLCs, OPC, middleware) Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of explaining complex architectures to diverse stakeholders An agile mindset, collaborative approach, and drive for continuous improvement Why Join Contribute to a global, multi-year digital transformation with massive organizational impact Work with cutting-edge MES, automation, and cloud technologies at enterprise scale Join an international, multicultural environment with clear opportunities for career growth Influence standards and solutions used across dozens of production sites Competitive compensation and a supportive, innovation-driven culture Job Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Information Technology Industries: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
