Benefits Program Insurance plans (Dental, medical, life insurance, disability, and more) Competitive base salary Retirement savings plan Employee Assistance Program Tele Health Program Responsibilities Support the Engineering and Operations organizations Perform various stress analyses of Static Strength, Fatigue/Durability, Damage Tolerance, and Finite Element Model (FEM) for metallic and composite structures Perform Material Review Board (MRB) duties in support of Operations activities Participate when required in Engineering development work Work in close cooperation with other Engineering functions (Liaison, Design, Materials & Processes, Weights, Project, Systems, Program, etc.) and Operations (Methods, Quality, and Production) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in the aerospace industry (preferably with an OEM) Experience with Material Review Board (MRB) and Airframe Repair work (preferred) Knowledge of Aircraft structural substantiation analysis: Static, Fatigue/Durability, and Damage Tolerance Experience using Patran/Nastran, Nasgro, and Catia V5 Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Energetic people with good communication skills, willing to accept responsibilities in a multidisciplinary team working environment Initiative, strong sense of responsibility, and good engineering judgment Flexibility in working week‑ends if necessary Bilingualism (English and French) would be an asset Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier Team You do not need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed to apply for this position.
