As a Training Specialist, you will support the Training & Development Manager and work closely with operational leaders to devise effective training programs. Your role focuses on improving customer service and consistency across service operations while ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform training needs assessments across departments
• Create and maintain high-quality training materials
• Deliver professional development through various training formats
• Support onboarding and employee upskilling initiatives
• Oversee the Learning Management System for progress tracking
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in service operations; 2 years in relevant industries
• Comprehensive understanding of ERP systems
• Skilled in designing and delivering training
• Strong presentation and communication abilities
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
