The following restrictions apply to all internship candidates:
- Applicants must be available for a non-negotiable start date of Wednesday May 6, 2026
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
- Applicants must have housing accommodations or transportation in the Calgary area, as Precision does not provide internship housing.
- By May 4, 2026, applicants must have completed at least their first year of study in a post-secondary program/Technical Institute (see job posting).
Responsibilities
- Familiarize with EverGreen’s data structure and products
- Develop the tool to extract data from daily drilling reports
- Develop the algorithm to create fuel consumption baselines
- Develop the tool to estimate fuel savings from hydrogen injection and incorporate into Snowflake
- Develop other user interface on PowerBi or Grafana as needed
Knowledge & Skills
- Data analytics
- Microsoft data queries
- Familiar with script and code development
- PowerBi
Education
- Software, Mechanical or electrical engineering degree about to graduate or freshly graduated
