GP Practicing in Dermatology for Oakville We are looking for Family Medicine Physicians specializing in Dermatology to join our growing team in Oakville, Ontario.This position would entail full time, 5-day per week clinical work.While having previous dermatology training or experience is preferred, we also offer training opportunities for those interested.The GP/Dermatologist’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide professional patient care always and provide a friendly and inviting environment for patientsConduct patient skin assessment, treatment planning and implementation, evaluation of treatments for effective outcomesProvide consult notes to referring family physicians for new patientsPerform follow-up care for existing patients and/or refer to an internal general practitioner for continuation of careAssist with coaching nursing team to be able to provide effective patient careParticipate in training and education opportunities provided by the companyAdhere to company policies and protocolsWork with marketing team to build and promote personal social media presenceUtilize exceptional communication skills to build relationships with both patients and employees Requirements: Current College of Physicians of Ontario (CPSO) LicenseA strong passion for the cosmetic dermatology fieldCertifications for lasers, Botox, and/or dermal filler an asset, but not requiredPrior experience in the cosmetic and aesthetic medicine industry an asset, but not requiredNewer graduates welcome to apply About the clinic: We are a renowned Medical Group with over 35 years of experience in providing exceptional skincare treatment and services.
