Salad Bar Department Manager

What You’ll Do: Oversee and manage the Department while performing key operational duties with your employees. Ensure you and your employees provide exceptional customer service. Increase sales and gross profit while minimizing shrink by preparing production planners to meet your sales goals. Produce consistent, fresh, and quality products according to recipe cards. Merchandise and maintain attractive product displays to provide a positive visual experience. Order product, receive and manage inventory, plan your production to ensure a good in stock position. Hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and overseeing employees. Ensuring compliance with laws, company policy, the collective agreement, health and safety and food safety regulations Other duties as assigned What You’ll Need to Succeed: A solid focus on providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience in the food service industry (restaurant or retail). Available to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities. Previous managerial experience is beneficial but not required. Excellent organization and communicationskills. Food Handlers certificate is a plus.
