Sr. Implementation Consultant for Project Services – Lyric (HR or PR) / Conseiller(ère) principal(e) en implémentation de Gestion du capital humain Lyric (Paie/RH) Join to apply for the Sr. Implementation Consultant for Project Services – Lyric (HR or PR) role at ADP . Responsibilities Be a True Partner – build lasting trust with clients by analyzing their systems, interface requirements, and business processes. Collaborate and Connect – stay informed on HCM capabilities and product enhancements; work with the client project team and internal partners. Think Like a Client, Act Like an Owner – recommend and implement appropriate solutions that fit unique client needs. Create and Innovate – participate in process improvement initiatives and pioneer new actions that enhance the client experience. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in implementation or business consulting. At least 2 years of experience with ADP’s HCM Payroll or HR technologies. Strong client relationship skills, including influencing and guiding the client to the best solution. Ability to identify project risks and proactively partner to document and mitigate them. Exemplary analytical, time‑management, and communication skills (verbal and written). Bonus Points Industry expertise to apply HR/Payroll best practices in client consulting. Effective multitasking and independent problem‑solving. Performance‑based work ethic with high ethical standards. Proficiency with web technologies and operating systems.
