Position Description

We are looking for an experienced Software Developers to create the industry’s next generation Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.


Clearance: Reliability or eligible (eligible: must be a resident of Canada for 5+ years)

Your future duties and responsibilities

The Software Developers are responsible for designing and implementing new products and features as well as enhancing existing solutions. S/He will collaborate with an experienced team of Developers, Test Engineers, and Product Managers throughout the development process to ensure the product is functionally complete and well-engineered.


Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • Must have 5+ years of Python development.
  • Strong knowledge of Python programming and libraries commonly used for data integration (e.g., pandas, SQLAlchemy, pyodbc).
  • Experience with ETL tools and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
