Manage interactions with funding agencies and assist residents and families with billing questions. Handle outstanding accounts and complete monthly processes to Metlifecare standards. Identify and implement process improvements. Contribute to innovative and efficient customer satisfaction methods. Work actively to ensure that Metlifecare's high standards of customer service are maintained at all times. About you You will have experience in a high-volume accounts receivable role where you were responsible for billing, receipting and revenue recognition. You are a team player with excellent communication skills, strong excel skills and ideally come from or have some knowledge of the retirement industry (not essential).
