Head of SMB at BairesDev The Head of SMB Accounts leads the strategy and execution for a $35–40M revenue portfolio across approximately 100–140 accounts and 300 active HC. This role is critical to driving client retention, identifying high-potential accounts, and developing scalable engagement strategies for BairesDev's SMB segment. What You'll Do: Lead and manage a team of Account Managers. Own the overall health and performance of the SMB portfolio, ensuring high retention, client satisfaction, and margin protection. Identify accounts with growth potential and develop tailored engagement strategies to unlock expansion opportunities. Design, improve, and institutionalize playbooks and operating models for SMB account management. Build a deep understanding of client organizations, technology roadmaps, and long-term needs to position BairesDev as a strategic partner. Act as the primary escalation point for client issues, ensuring rapid resolution and internal accountability. What we are looking for: 7+ years of experience in Account Management or Delivery. 7+ years of experience in the tech/outsourcing sector. Experience managing a team. US Visa or EU Passport.
