Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Ownership: Manage and coordinate execution plans for assigned projects from inception to production, including developing detailed technology work plans, schedules, project estimates, and risk assessments.
  • System Evaluation: Analyze new IT developments and evolving business requirements, recommending appropriate system alternatives and enhancements.
  • Development Input: Provide input during development and implementation phases, defining system scope, objectives, and necessary enhancements for complex projects.
  • Risk Management: Identify and communicate risks and impacts, proposing mitigation options considering business implications.
  • Analysis and Problem-Solving: Conduct sophisticated analysis to define problems, develop innovative solutions, and influence strategic decisions.
  • Information Distillation: Present complex information concisely to inform decision-making and enable direction and issue resolution.


Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Relevant experience in the financial industry, particularly with FX/FX Options, Rates, or other Derivatives products.
  • Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of trade capture and risk management systems.
  • Business Analysis: Proven track record in business analysis with advanced analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and MS Office Suite for data analysis.
