You will play a key role in troubleshooting, optimizing, deploying, monitoring, and improving Azure‑based and AI‑powered solutions. You will contribute to: Supporting and enabling L2/L3 teams Coordinating with business, infrastructure, and security teams Managing incidents, alerts, enhancements, and optimizations Ensuring high‑quality deployments, automation, observability, and documentation Leading architecture and technical discussions with customers Maintaining runbooks, technical documentation, monitoring, and pipelines You are comfortable with Azure cloud services, OpenAI, serverless architectures, and microservice design. You know how to diagnose issues quickly, understand impacts, prioritize, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. You enjoy working with multinational, cross‑functional, and fast‑paced teams.
