Job Title: Dynamics 365 Power Platform Developer Location: Winnipeg, MB (Onsite) Client: Public Sector Duration: 12+ Months (Possibility of Extension) Note: We are seeking a highly experienced Dynamics 365 Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), integrations, and enterprise application development . The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing, developing, customizing, and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions in large-scale public sector or enterprise environments . This role requires strong collaboration skills, hands-on development capabilities, and the ability to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions. Key Skills & Expertise (Technical Skills – 40%) Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration (plugins, workflows, forms, views, business rules) Hands-on experience with Power Platform including Power Apps (model-driven & canvas apps) , Power Automate , and Power BI Experience developing custom connectors, workflows, and integrations Strong knowledge of Dataverse design, data modeling, and data management Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with ERP and third-party applications using APIs, web services, and connectors Strong experience with Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations Proficiency in Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and release management Working knowledge of JavaScript, C#, .NET , and related web technologies Experience preparing technical and solution documentation aligned with best practices Experience (40%) Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Proven experience developing and customizing Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Case Management) Hands-on experience with model-driven apps, canvas apps, and Power Automate workflows Strong understanding of relational databases , including SQL Server Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and web services Experience supporting data migration, data integration, and data quality assurance Experience working in Agile delivery environments , including sprint planning and task boards Experience performing testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization Public sector or enterprise project experience preferred Communication Skills (20%) Strong communication skills to collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and technical teams Ability to gather, clarify, and validate business and technical requirements Experience preparing and maintaining technical documentation and implementation guides Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex technical issues Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment Must Have Skills Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Proven experience in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration Working knowledge of Dataverse Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise and third-party systems Experience with SQL Server and relational data modeling Proficiency with Azure DevOps , CI/CD, and release management Responsibilities Design, develop, customize, and deploy Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions Build and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using APIs and web services Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions Perform coding, testing, debugging, and deployment activities in line with GOM quality standards Support data migration, integration, and data quality assurance initiatives Develop and maintain technical documentation and follow best practices Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery , ensuring milestones are met Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to team members Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and technical needs Desirable Skills Experience working in government or public sector environments Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns Understanding of information management principles and data governance Experience with security and compliance requirements in regulated environments If you’re interested in this opportunity or would like to learn more, please share your updated resume at
