About the Role The Private Market Assessment (PMA) team operates at the intersection of innovation and execution, driving forward Private Market Valuations and Credit Risk Scorecards that serve a global client base. Responsibilities and Impact Contribute to defining and refining the product vision and roadmap. Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product strategy. Collaborate with stakeholders to convert broad business requests into specific, actionable technology requirements. Improve solution design by clarifying requirements and suggesting practical options based on current system constraints and integration points. Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. Partner with design and development teams to embed UI/UX considerations; contribute to wireframes, mockups, and usability reviews. Participate in testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards. Involve in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, including developing test cases and facilitating user feedback sessions. Seek opportunities to enhance processes and systems, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement within the team. Basic Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technology, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, with 5+ years in Product Management or a Business Analyst role. Demonstrated knowledge of private equity and venture capital valuation methodologies. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio). Experience with project management and issue tracking software (MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, etc.). Strong project management skills coordinating cross‑functional teams. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and autonomously, managing time effectively under pressure. A collaborative team spirit with the ability to adapt communication style in different situations.
