Position: INTERMEDIATE / JUNIOR CIVIL ENGINEER ID No: 9-1496 Location: Winnipeg Description The successful candidate will use their technical and management skills to deliver various water conveyance and other infrastructure projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Registration with EGM as an Engineer (P.Eng., or E.I.T.), 5 years (+/-) experience in engineering, including design, management, construction supervision, and project management. Preferably for water resource related projects. Experience in completing hydrotechnical assessments and hydrology, and using hydraulic modelling software is desirable. Self-motivated, with good leadership, project management and client management experience; and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills Responsibilities Management of projects, contract administration, construction management, and design engineering, Coordination, supervision, mentoring, and management of junior engineers and technologists, Prepare planning reports, design drawings, specifications, and contract documents, Perform construction administration and general construction supervision duties, Work closely with our clients to ensure their project objectives are met.
